Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders and business relationships between Branding Projects and our clients.
2. Orders
Orders become binding upon written confirmation (email). Verbal agreements require written confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are net plus statutory VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are agreed individually. Express delivery is available upon request. Shipping costs are borne by the client.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. We carefully review each complaint and find a solution together.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the order value. We assume no liability for print data supplied by the client.
