Is there a minimum order quantity?
Single piece or large run – we do both. The ideal quantity depends on the finishing method. Tell us about your project and we'll give you honest advice.
How fast can you deliver – is express possible?
We turn standard projects around quickly. If you're in a hurry, express is available on request – just tell us your deadline and we'll find a solution.
Which finishing methods do you offer?
Textile printing (incl. screen and digital printing), embroidery and other finishing techniques – all from a single source. We'll work out which method fits best with you.
Which file format should I send my design in?
Vector files are best (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). High-resolution PNG or PSD files work too. No finished design yet? We'll create it with you.
Do you ship across Germany?
Yes – we ship within Germany, and EU-wide on request.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your request via the inquiry form or on WhatsApp. We usually get back to you within 24 hours with an estimate.

Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders and business relationships between Branding Projects and our clients.
2. Orders
Orders become binding upon written confirmation (email). Verbal agreements require written confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are net plus statutory VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are agreed individually. Express delivery is available upon request. Shipping costs are borne by the client.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. We carefully review each complaint and find a solution together.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the order value. We assume no liability for print data supplied by the client.
